To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not be damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, electrical faults, or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged, burnt, or physically broken products

  • Products damaged due to wrong wiring, overload, short circuit, or incorrect usage

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Warranty Claims

Products with manufacturer warranty will be covered according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wrong installation, electrical failure, or unauthorized repair.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our mistake (wrong or defective product delivered).
